I'm surrounded by millions of people. I have friends everywhere around me. My fans crowd me. Yet, I'm so alone. Because I know you're not here. You aren't in the crowded millions that swallow me. Ever since I laid eyes upon your face, that's all I look for anymore. "Is he here? Will he be here?" These questions run across my mind. I study every suffocating face for yours. When you're not with me, I think about all our memories. I can't help but smile uncontrollably. Time seems to escape us every time we are near. Time seems to stop. It shows us that the greatest things can happen in just seconds. And last forever. But when parted, loneliness seems to dance in my body, in my heart.I paint smiles upon my face for everyone to see and not realize that without you, I'm nothing. Empty.
