What Game?

What Game?

A Story by Chesney W.

Everyone is always saying how they are so sick of getting played.

Let's just say that there was no game. And all guys were truly honest good men.

Let's say that no girl was ever a s**t or a w***e.

Think of what the world would be like.

You might say "Oh what a much better place."

But really think about it.

If the world was like that, then we would end up marrying the first person we dated.

All of you married people, and all those who are in very amazing relationships right now,

I want you to think. Would you have ever met that persn you're with? Probably not.

Yes, heartbreak hurts. But without it, we wouldn't need that one person to fix it.

We wouldn't know what true love feels like without infatuation.

So stop saying that everyone needs to stop with the games,

because, honestly, without the game, there wouldn't be so many winners.

I feel like everyone needs to know what would happen if there wasn't any games associated with finding love.

Without darkness, there is no light.

Its an interesting concept.

Some of the things that we blame for hurting us most are the same things that make living worthwhile. The world is relative. Heartbreak lets you appreciate true love.

Thanks for sharing.

thank you
Some games will leave no winners. Must decide what you want. Photo gave life to the thoughts and statements in the poem. Heart are tender and can be permanent damaged by lies and story. Thank you for the excellent poem.

thank you
I enjoy the message that the story is trying to get across. I feel like the execution of how it is written could use a little work, but the theme of it is pretty spot on and relate-able.

thank you
you might be right somewhere in it but i have a different feeling over this ..
when you fall in love with someone, you fall in because you see some qualities in them ... it could be anything . a charming face, a healthy personality or just the way they are ...
and when you say you love them, you really mean it .. you go beyond what you normally do for a person ... and most of all keep thinking about them more than anything else ...

and if you deny this .. you're playing .. you're not considering they too have a heart that beats... they too think about you the way you thought ...
breaking a heart is easy, but being a broken hearted person is what hurts the most ...
i pray nobody breaks your heart .. because it's really difficult to live with it ...
