Immortalise

Immortalise

A Poem by Cheryl J. Turner

Lack of dust to tell our tale

Of lives we lived,

Boats we did sail

And so in words

Immortalise

Our lessons learned

Our fulfilled lives

The stars are watching

The walls have ears

None shall quiet

Our invisible fears

And so in words

Immortalise

Our lessons learned

Our fulfilled lives

A well written piece. It's like we bemoan the pain of enduring exsitence but that's also how we learn to evolve and also learn to appreciate. That's just what I got from this.Well done and kudos
