We shall dance

We shall dance

A Poem by Cheryl J. Turner

Too much pain in this world

Too many who suffer

Come

We shall dance in fields of deep green

Consumed within the wild flowers

Colours of magic in our hair

Abandon seriousness

Lay to rest the agony of times past

Come

Lets sing to the spirits of the sky

Run bare through rivers of life

Waves of emotion to swell our hearts

I have seen the future

Written in their eyes

Hand touching hand

Mind connecting mind

Soul entwining

Hearts beating as one

Humanity

Free from pain
