Blah

Blah

A Poem by Cheryl J. Turner

Why yes, isn't the weather fine

And I have been keeping well

Though behind closed doors

When not talking to you

I have my very own brand of hell

And oh, what a joy

An absolute delight

To see you once again

Though doesn't it pale in comparison

When you think of all that are not called friend

Yes, thank you, my time was just sublime

But I cry in the light of the moon

For the love that I lost

And the life that I had

And the one that has come too soon

What delightful conversation

Divine inspiration

Spare a thought

Spend some time

More than one in this life of mine
