Just this

Just this

A Poem by Cheryl J. Turner

Upon the pages of reason I write in cryptic tongue

Read on if you will, feel wisdom within the lines

I see nor do I hear

I capture nought but air

Sweet fragrance of you

I am but two and two

Most heavenly thing

Do you remember, touch

Can you taste the subtle play

Print memories to a love song

Lest we forget

And yet, know that there are more

Save the best for last

Rest your weary mind

No time for explanation

It's written across space and time

i LOVE this one. One of the reasons I write is so that I can remember things and the way I felt about them. Great writing!

Space and time has much to answer for .. this is beautiful, a memory of something special, something worth protecting for always.

Thank you for sharing such wonderful words
