My mere fate

My mere fate

A Poem by Frontier
"

Another "found poem" using excerpts from Robinson Crusoe and the "Poetic Edda", oral Lit. from Iceland from 1000-1300 BC.

"
My mere fate
went from the isle
for her lover's flight. In this state
of life, that evil influence,
unmaly thy soul must seem,
so I pulled off my clothes
and took to the water,
old tales should ne'er be told

interesting piece....we are 75 percent water , so i am told...so back to it we go...
in order to avoid the evil influence.
