It's a word that carries many meanings and connotations, and some of the connotations you've brought up have connotations on top of them...from a persona standpoint, the second stanza is the one that spoke to me the loudest...I spend a lot of thinking time locked in that hidden dimensions with my alien intentions...they are alien because they remain locked in that dimension with me...I guess I'm tripping over my tongue a bit trying to explain that, but it's hard to explain...the simplest thing I can say is that 'alien' becomes 'alienation' in my interpretation...I actually just noticed something kinda funny...my review is mirroring the form of the poem, which was something else I was going to compliment...I love and flow the rhymes that keep it going...extending in life is what we should all be striving to do, but it's not that easy with all those danger signs hovering above and below us...this was an introspective piece for me without a doubt, and a thinker...I relate to it...great work Frontier :)
