It feels to me like an exposure of all things superficial. Very nice. What did you mean by acme? Did you by any chance mean acne? I'm really not familiar with makeup brands and that sort of thing but Kopi Luwak sounds like some fancy sort of makeup brand. Some good word pairings here. "Slippery forked tongue," loved that! The person in which you describe so eloquently, has clearly had some serious modifications! Cosmopolitan Smile is a more than appropriate title for this. Wonderful!

We see ‘em promenading down the streets of every city. They look so good ‘til you get to really know them underneath their Mercantile Status Quo. I was inspired to write this tiny gift song-poem for you. It’s in 1/0/1/0/1 five syllable meter:
Smile
Underneath her smile,
bright with Neon style,
she’s a crocodile
filled with yellow bile.

Five syllable meter is he easiest meter in which to write a song-poem.
I like the comparison between external beauty vs the beauty within which reflects through the aura. :))
