i'm hurt but I won't let you hurt me today 

i'm done with all that, I give you back the game 

see your face then reflected in my now truth, see it in my eyes

then i'm sure your run and hide and feel the shame inside 

maybe it will get you to wake up 

maybe it wont 

Gave my power for what 

can't believe I sold myself for such a pretty lie 

then what you did to me,

we both know that was a crime 

but i'm not gonna let it eat me up inside 

i'm gonna stand up tall, forgive and move on 

and learn to life my life 

I used to love you and I can't run from that 

but that doesn't mean that I want you back

and if  your still looking for a piece of the pie 

then i'm afraid all your see is the truth of the lie 

you stole my heart that much is true , your charm make me weak

and I fell for you 

but things change and so have you 

your not the man I loved and respected 

so don't hold your breath

coz I've taken the next step
