Death truth and butterfly's

Death truth and butterfly's

A Poem by Earthy Mumma Soul

Insides want to burst
in all directions
but still I smile and
hold myself with unfamiliar dignity
Taking the silver sword from my heart
I bleed back to front
causation causing victory
form over the hills
I can now see
getting a grip
I burn willfully
and sail through
the winds of non resistance
with the bleeding crown that still rests on my fore head

you don't own me
now set me free

 only the pin prick of
crystal clear truth
Vibrating in my cells and
breaking the silence
of my own
shame
will ever set me free

I surrendered myself to the  poison
as if I had a choice
took over me like a sickness would

Hear my voice
Give me freedom
give me choice

butterflies boldly binding me up
and delivering me to  Resurrection
as I rest on a wing of hope
and a breath of forgiveness

Freedom, release, being yourself once more. Beautiful words on such a personal subject.

this was well-written. full of imagery and symbolism. i think the hardest but most important thing of all is for us to forgive ourselves. great piece.
