I sit quietly 

Shallow breath talks to me but

 I don't want to listen

Intense! You have an almost buddhist like aura sometimes Zen, I guess the breath could mean many things.

Arousal, existence, fear or anxiety? We are all in denial about something, a profoudnly psychological piece. Wonderful!
