Silence - Spoken

Silence.

Listen.. 

tell me what you hear 

do you hear music in the distance 

 or the sound of your own chimes

echoing in time through your cells

tell me 

 is that music to you 

tell me what music means to you 

tell me how you listen

and where your attention gets drawn too

tell me with your eyes, your hands

  sing me a song

Paint 

paint me a picture 

how do you paint your landscapes 

how are they shaped and 

structured 

are they heavy 

or do they glow with lightness 

and sharp specks 

Dance 

show me your story with your body

dance how you feel inside your bones

tell me your own unique story

be unashamed when you do so

and leave no corners out 

height depth, 

push yourself to your own limits

show me the colours of your rainbow

Silence 

what is this to you 

do you stand on command when spoken to 

or are you not afraid to sit behind the gaps 

do you have courage to step in to the unknown  

to judge no one 

and be free 

Show me then

show me how 

show me the colour's in your paint box 

with out words 

just with a little,

                                     Intimacy

NOW PAY ATTENTION 

float like a butterfly 

 sting like a bee 

your life is calling you

the magic repeating everywhere 

tell me can you hear 

can you HEAR

it's in the  rhythm of the birds and the bees

back to school now

and unlock the KEY
