Cursed

Cursed

A Poem by Alex

Brown eyes are the earth
Blue eyes the sky
It don't matter cause can both cry.
Your eyes have seen heaven
My eyes have seen hell
Think of all the stories we both could tell.
Two sets of lenses
Two seen worlds apart
Two different souls sharing the same tortured heart.

We have this parallel thought
Where we are opposite but the same
I don't know who's to blame
For this curse that can’t be sold or bought.

I like this piece because I’m torn apart by two worlds and that’s what I get in this write, one the physical, and the other the spiritual part. Especially the first two lines in the last stanza;
(We have this parallel thought
Where we are opposite but the same)

Excellent write.

Very nice. You are quite correct, no matter who we are each of us has a unique story to tell. We certainly all need to listen and learn from other.
