Stir Up A FireA Poem by Cherrie Palmeralmost a song
Stir up the Spirit in me Let a path be set by my light, Giving warmth, to the coldest night Let the lost, be drawn like a moth To the foot, of our Savior’s cross. Let the Spirit move free-ly -change me complete-ly Stir up a fire in me. Stir up a fire in me One for the wor-ld to see Let it ever, grow higher -ever grow brighter. Stir up a fire in me. Give me a heart for the lost Give me strength, to stay on my knees strength, to speak just your word And a love for those in need. Make me, your solider, Make me bolder Strip up a fire in me. Stir up a fire in me One for the wor-ld to see Let it ever, grow higher -ever grow brighter. Lord, stir up a fire in me. © 2011 Cherrie PalmerReviews
