Chapter Three: Caden Sings In God's Glories ChoirA Chapter by Cherrie Palmerfor the birth of Cadan
Pardon me for whispering but my mommy needs her sleep. Very soon we will be a family. She has been getting ready for my arrival. They say I have her eyes and Daddy’s smile. The two of them just picked out my name it is Caden. Caden Allen, when they’re mad. I cannot wait until I get there. We will have such a grand time. The three of us will laugh and sing. These last days up here in Heaven have taught me so much. I will be the best baby ever. I spend most of my time in God’s, Glories Choir. We sing beautiful wondrous songs, of God’s goodness and glory. Here in Heaven even the rocks cry out. I wish you could hear all of us sing. Most songs start with the very hum of creation. Rustling wings of angels set the pace of the song. While fields of flowers harmonize a gentle tune that builds louder once the rocks join in. Daisy’s sing first soprano while sunflowers fill the air with a rich alto. A quartet of boulders dazzled the saints with their harmony. While I, conduct Heaven’s Symphony into a masterful blend of praise. I love leading the choir I get to wear a top hat with my tux. There was Peter, James & John in a sailboat out on the Crystal Sea sing with robust voices that demand to be heard. You know James and John are the sons of Thunder which sounds great echoing across the water. Twinkling stars chime in simple and sweet. But shooting stars on the other hand trumpet like sounding brass. Even the velvet smooth canvas of night holds a jazzy smooth sound. So the next time you set under the evening sky be very still and see if you can hear God’s Glories Choir sing.
