AmenA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
-giving thanks-
Seek guidance from above. As we meditate in pure love. Taking in the breath of God. Breath in - - And in again - - Once more to our fullest. Lungs finally expanded - - Body awakes. - - Release. Freeing God’s breath. That command to live. - - Again, three times the breath Once more, feel the fullness feed the soul, clear the mind - - And release. Release doubts and fears Judgements, anger, and pain. Lift up holy hands. [Reaching God is not a formula but surrender and a dedicated path.] And praise His Holy name. [Do not waste a day that could be your last.] But live life to its Fullest and give, those around you, Your best. -Amen- © 2022 Cherrie PalmerReviews
