ReliefA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
The promise of perception fills the air; as I sit in my chair praying on high.
With absence of wind I hear echoes of thunder roll in. My hopes for a shower building in the East. The land needs refreshment, and the forest animals relief. Finally, I go about the business of the day, with my seed of hope waiting to be blessed by the rain. © 2022 Cherrie PalmerReviews
