Coaxing Tomorrow

Coaxing Tomorrow

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

With care let us ease the day away,
and before we close the door to rest,
sing to tomorrow a greeting of care.
Let a tender voice be offered.
Coaxing her to yield her golden rays.
While we determine,
in our own heart.
To make the most of the new day.

dearest Cherrie… a Lovely Omen to a New Day…
Although we have Rain and Thunder Storms… the Sun will come out Tomorrow… as in the Movie “Annie”. The Heavens try to encourage us to be as Generous as possible with others and make Hay when the Sun is Shining… gently, Pat.

Yes exactly and watch it grow with the rain.
Very nice Cherrie! Very calming. ".....ease the day away,..." the tone carries that ease. ...determine, in our own heart, to offer our very best." How should always be every day. I like this. Thank you for sharing. Temp
