Cupids Bow

Cupids Bow

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

Gentle nymph with timid voice speaks of needs and grief.

Modest speech so demure,

whose blushing is a treat.

Her trembling voice coy and meek.

Flooding emotions with sorrows sweet.

Her heaving bosom swells with grief.

As flooding tears give relief.

A gossamer hand is lightly grasped.

And a cupid’s bow yields a tender kiss.
