The cooking never stops around here but I love to cook. My Christmas gift to me was a restaurant size cutting board, a bamboo bread board and a rolling pin. I made the family biscuits the other morning and I baked gingerbread holiday cookies for Christmas. My wife asked me why I had a pasta spoon I never used. She's seen me make pasta. I said, oh, I use that for dipping out hard boiled eggs. ;)

I do that too everything has a purpose just maybe not the one it was designed for.
Matt and I both had the flu this year at Christmas and I did very little cooking. We are raising two grandkids and they didn't seem to mind. We had a lovely day filled with love. Our oldest son is coming down this weekend to celebrate Christmas 🎄 so I guess we'll do it all over again this weekend. :)

Well, after taking their orders & returning with the drinks the Barkeep said, "How is it you three happen to be friends?" To which the Leprechaun replied, the elf & I are friends, but we are both short of funds. So, we both buddied up to the dragon because, anyone who can get us a free drink is our friend. So, I am ask-in you, are you goanna ask for any money with a Fire Breathing Dragon staring you in the face? :)

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving over here Cherrie but I usually do a practice run for Christmas Dinner about a month before the day. I hope you had a wonderful day abd your turkey dinner was a winner :)
