Nestled in the MeadowA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
The fullness of night nestled the meadow.
The firmament forgot to draw it's drapes, while November's breath kissed the loam with lace. Soon to be replaced by the morning sun. The hart of the wood stoically rose, rising in his grandeur to Autumn's zest. Puffing adrenalin, and blazing smoke, then lowing his head for the chase, he leapt. © 2021 Cherrie PalmerReviews
