Moon Lover's DelightA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
Glowing stars that dance.
Hypnotic in all their ways; ask them to arise. Yes Fireflies arose. Rested in all their repose. Mimicked twinkling orbs. Fade by light of day. They, that yield to sunshine rays. Await for night to sing. The moon-vine says when With alabaster skin. So, softly arrayed. A single bulb glows. Waiting on pedals of white. Broadcasting Morse code.
