Storm Settles

Storm Settles

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

Vision clears-

 storm settles-

Muse morphs

as old news defers.

A fresh breeze stirs-

hunger looms-

And a lust free love

grows and blooms.

Wild wind blows

driven by need

And a bluebird day for miles lets me see.

Rain or shine, suits me best

just to be

In the presence

 of you.

Your poem feels like an apt metaphor, seeing the sine-wave tendencies thru-out nature as representing the surges of creativity that swell inside us, then recede, over & over -- all day long, for me! (((HUGS)))

I like that, and yes the creative process is ever-shifting.
Oh yes. Nothing like being in Nature and enjoying all the elments. A wonderful poem
