Stand

Stand

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

Hard things made right

Can lead a man into the light.

But when those things are left undone

A wayward soul will begin to run.

So, look your son in the eye

help him face that simple lie.

Have him stand on his own two feet

And in his stead a Man you'll meet.

Thank you Kim
Very true. Love the sacred bond that is represented between the mother and son. A transformation a powerful one indeed to a rising future made from you. The life the mother gives to her son. I appreciate the honest and labored love its beautiful write. Sincerely your friend in writing and life
