Thank you Kay, it is a sad heart, Is there any wonder it's broken, lol. I agree with you that some topics seem to be the go to theme of many. Manly because they are universal feelings that everyone has. However as a writer I think it is good practice to try your hand at expressing all of them (from time to time).

I like how the poem reflects itself...to me the shape is either an hour glass, or two tops posed against one another.
reminds me of my first divorce...i immediately missed my friend...even more so than the lover.
