Emotional Build up

One morning, I woke up feeling so emotional.

I have an emotional build up
Which came from somewhere-
I do not know where.
This build up
Is giving me a lot of mental push ups.
Like a body builder Over-flexing his muscles,
My heart is overflowing with the ‘feels'.
I can’t suppress it anymore,
I Let it pour out.
Like an overstretched bodybuilder exhaling.

But then, being emotional is human:
Emotions do build up from time to time
Triggered by different actions and situations.
Emotions overwhelm us from time to time
Based on their different projections.

Indeed, emotions do build up at times. The way we express them is what matters. If they're either too bad or too good, we're heading for trouble.
