'It ends tonight'

'It ends tonight'

A Poem by Cheng Yew,Chew

In the icy-dusk of bliss,

a sceptre is seen ghastly-

within the Frantic Heart of-

Strife.

Fear,woe,grief no more-

Joy,joy,joy,my heart-

once again palpitates-

with,tumultuously with-

no full-stop beneath heavens-

masked by corvine birds that-

art trying to fob me off with-

sudden flow of bloodshed.

Every dew from the sky-

bounds to the drops of-

freneticness I wilt not heed-

towards the glistening stick-

that catalysts my pathway to-

embody the golden spirit of life that

neither the green-eyed beasts nor covetous-

desire craves for in the joy of gaudy summit.
