A Poem by Cheng Yew,Chew

In the tumult,

thou art resurrected-

again from the death of-

disdain.

In the sinful enormous-

hole where the flesh of-

thine cast with the fiery-

heart of deceptive caretaker-

that takes covetousness under-

its mossy wings of vengeance,

thou wade through the red liquid-

rushing onwards to the heart of-

doom.

Ideas and direction of this piece are coherently painted with metaphoric imagery, for this reader.

Death and resurrection are issues that are taking a greater hold of the mind of man these days. It is becoming quite fashionable. It is the road, we and ye must take. No harps will accompany the way this time. But to know that it can be done may be important. Nice write!

I like the many strong statements in this poem. Each one could be discussed and open the door to thought. Vengeance allow more hate and blood to be spilled. No weakness in this short poem. A excellent poem.
