The Truth

The Truth

A Poem by RosiesBeenHurt

He just said he loved me,
but that was a lie.
How could he love me,
when all he does is make me cry?
I don't wanna love you,
and i don't think i care,
till i figure i've spent time
wishing you were there.
So tell me that you love me,
always have and always will,
then read these lines and,
you'll know how i feel...

I went along and redid your poem to correct your errors:

He just said he loved me,
but that was a lie.
How could he love me,
when all he did was make me cry?
I don't want to love you,
and I don't think I care,
till i figure I've spent time
wishing you were there.
So tell me that you love me,
always have and always will,
then read these lines and,
you'll know how I feel...

It flowed well and gave me an idea of your true emotions. Are you just writing to get him out of your head, or because you truly enjoy writing? Either way, I like this poem, it speaks out for anyone who has been hurt in a relationship.
