Moments In Time

Inspired by a couple I saw on the beach. Part of this story is true, and the rest is what I would imagine for them.

We sat in the warm beach sand

Basking in the sun

I sat between your legs

My back pressed against your chest

 

Your fingers caressed my leg lovingly

And you spoke softly in my ear

I turn to look you in the eyes

As you whisper adoringly, words of love

 

Our eyes meet in heady passion

And your hand goes to my neck

Bringing me in for a breathtaking kiss

That leaves my toes curling in the sand

 

We end the kiss with a small laugh

And you smile, dimples gracing your cheeks

I run my hand through your hair

Loving the way you lean into my touch

 

Your arms wrap around my body

And we stare into the ocean blue

My head rests on your chest

And I listen to your heartbeat

 

It quickens as my nails trail up your arm

Tracing the thick contours of your muscles

You tangle your fingers in my hair

Massaging my scalp lightly

 

Soon we are laying

Chest to chest

Kissing passionately

Hands roaming

 

As the sun sets in the sky above

You take me higher than ever before

Showing me the true meaning of love

What real pleasure is

 

And the waves crash around our naked forms

Caressing our flesh as we move together

Taking each other to new places

Rejoicing in each others existence

 

We call out with pure ecstasy

Your name leaving my lips

Then you lay me on your chest

Fingers tracing my spine

 

In the morning I wake

To your soft honey sent

Remembering that moment in time

That we shared on that beach

 

Your eyes open to look at mine

And you bring your hand up

Tracing my jaw tenderly

Before whispering “I love you”

Author's Note

I was on the beach today and this couple around my age. They were very affectionate to each other. Most of this is based off of what I saw them doing. The rest, well I guess you will know what they didn't do on a crowded beach. lol. Hope you enjoyed.

A pleasing scene leading to a pleasing fantasy... told with honey tenderness... I liked the way their caresses became more intense... and then as the waves crashed, they were naked.... a nice image of the crashing power of the imagination that opened up what they were probbaly both wanting... and the dream reached the places we all want to reach :-)
