Struggling to survive
I think of and pray for,
All who have been Within my life
To the deepest depths of my soul,
I know each one is a part of me

Free smiling,
living in every breath
Struggling to survive
Smashing each test

For the rest of my life
I will fight for, and believe in
To the very end
That which is as powerful
As the whole of my friends

Close or not,
like family,
Or just the blending of our lives paths
So blessed to have known you,
lasting in every memory I'm shown
That you all are a piece of me

Growing and flowing ahead of each new breath
Struggling to survive I give it up to the rest
Guided and directed,
Touched and affected by all
Including you in my every wish

That this world could live in harmony and holy bliss
No more stealing, killing, Fearing, or steering
Just simply letting go of the reins
Allowing life to keep appearing right before our eyes

A vision clear of treacherous wars
Polluted shores, and free of greed
While given everything
We all would truly ever need

Brought to my knees
Struggling to survive
I realize it's only still a wish
So I'll resist and remain by your side

Refusing to hide
While touching the blind
Hoping and helping them to find
What I have found inside,
The true beauty of being alive
is sharing my life with you

A simple poem to let all those who have been a part of my life, know how much they mean to me. I don't think I would be who I am without them... Or you.
