"Crystal Angel"

"Crystal Angel"

A Poem by Cheesecake Czar
"

Old eighth grade poem.

"

Crystal angel, golden fawn, somewhere there with my next dawn,

I can't wait to see you, can't wait to free you,

as I'm ever waiting on your spawn.

Crystal angel, somewhere near, somewhere in that heavenly sphere,

To you I pray, every single day,

That'll drain away all my fear.

Crystal angel, silver stream, one day amongst the heavens you shall beam,

Call it romantic, or call it drastic,

It's quite more that it may seem.

Crystal angel, never wrong, I'm still waiting for that song,

A song that will change my life, change it forever,

Change it drastically, for the better.

Writing? I guess I do that sometimes. A writer? Maybe if I devoted more time. Writing, for me, is more often than not an outlet for any emotions I may have. I'd love to practice it more than I do .. more..
