Thoughts and Feelings

I wrote this about my friend kurtis. I tryed to portray the picture of a girl who is in love but then she misunderstands and is quick to jump to conclusions.

My feelings are hurt, and my thoughts are askew.

I lost myself in you, now my heart is torn in two.

My face wets like morning dew, as I watch her flirt with you.

You kiss her, I whisper.

She smiles, I fade away.

You see me and call my name, I hear you but walk away.

You call and leave messages, I delete them without giving them a try.

I  go out with my friends, you're there.

My eyes fill with tears, you hug me close.

You kiss me, I whisper.

You tell me she was your sister, I cry harder 'cuz it was so damn hard to be without you.

i think this is my fav poem out of all of them i really like this one
