I can very much identify with this, having depression myself.
Remember though, thoughts are just thoughts. They aren't your enemies, but they aren't your friends. They may sound convincing, but they aren't always the truth. Your emotions and thoughts feed off each other and can devour your soul if you let them.

Poem succeeded fully in expressing feeling one some one with low self esteem, one can visualize that person through this poem, that is with respect to poetry, in day to day life based on personal belief from childhood, there is no room for low esteem for humans created in HIS IMAGE, people differ in opinions, that is my humble perspective
