Every time my mind starts to wander

I automatically think of you

I remember the smile

And those eyes

Full of passion

I see you

every night before my eyes close

Your there in my mind

I lay in my bed

Waiting to fall asleep

Hoping i'll someday see you

I know I’m in love with you

From the way I smile

When I  think of you

I think of the day when I’ll finally get to see you again

When I can finally tell you face to face

How I truly feel

I have grown older

I have gotten wiser too

I think so much differently

And I have grown in my heart

The only thing that hasn’t changed

Is how I see you

My feelings and thoughts

Especially deep in my heart

All of it tells me

That I will and always have loved you

And as time goes on

That bond I have

It gets stronger and stronger

I don’t think that I have ever felt

So strongly for one before

With others I feel strongly

But with them there is an uncertain

Nag

But with you there isn’t

Just a feeling

That completes me

Forever It is

And forever it shall remain

My feelings for you grow

And they are forever the same

Nice, romantic, heartfelt poetry here. Just a small suggestion, though. Maybe you could incorporate an analogy or metaphor that expresses your love for this person. Love is a very abstract feeling, and comparisons to other things in the world really help the reader understand your feelings.
