A Poem by CharlyeMonroe
"

I did a lot of untitled pieces for a period of time, i dont usually compose with a title in mind and they're flexible anyway

"
Chain linked ours to a parked car on the side of the highway warding off the evil spirits of a name synonymous with down fall
Grind you into f*****g dust
Samsonite rolling through the terminal touting this is it and damn it if you don’t feel good
“Great minds, am I right?”
Everybody's got their something
"So am I supposed to just sit here?"
It'll be an off chance on a good night
More than like the least of our worries
“I say what’s the hurry and you just pause because it’s dinner time, get it?”
Bell and switch
“Can’t hold onto the hot seat, you feel it?”
Wish you could deal this hand and catch a clean pair
The show must go on and next season is going to be a killer
Short end of the stick you're grabbing at
“Baby, I need a beat, do the honors, please.”
Knuckles primed
Pillow filled and slung over shoulder
South by southwest, she says take me out of this town I want to see the sky at night, where I am in this
Lick of ice cream, dreams of the journey and the destination and the departure
Fair well my lift off
Freeze by my side just a second longer
Water drips down through the umbrella
More fun this way with limited alternatives
Lemonade
Filled glass, none of this half staff, circus stuff
Thrills on the carousel
Got to get off some time
