Possibly Poetic?

drinking in the addiction
rockin' away in perfect silence
there being no sound but the words
of whomever I choose filling my head
brother sleeps undisturbed on the couch
brother fills his head with nonsense on the tv
the warm sun creeps in through the open window
today might not be anything special, possibly boring
nothing could stop it from being a perfect tuesday morning.
