RECLININGA Poem by C. M. MillerA reworded personal favorite of mine.
Silky ribbons of her obsidian hair cover my chest. Her sweet breath tickles my nose. Idly, she hums a languid tune . . . the vibrations of her melody warms the night air . . . her kisses flutter like a butterfly on my cheek. My mind soars along on the thermals she’s created for us . . . our wings, warmed by the sun, never tire. Sing on my beautiful Monarch, sing on. © 2021 C. M. MillerReviews
