Rise

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to stay strong for too long.

I look at the others and wonder...

Why do they cry?

What do you get out of it?

How does it get you closer to your goal?

I deemed them weak

I deemed them worthless

But then I cried.

I lost it all and I cried

It was then I realized

Crying does not make one weak

Your strength is confirmed

When you throw away the sadness

Look at life again

And continue to live with the pain

You are human 

When you cry

You are strong

When you rise again
