The ClassroomA Poem by Childish EccentricityThe world is the true classroom. The most rewarding and important type of learning is through experience, seeing something with our own eyes.
The things I hear
The things I know The things I fear The places I go Can nothing compare To the classroom I know Now I hate the classroom I know But no choice have I The class I should go More scary is the classroom Than all m fears combined Like monsters and ghosts all in the night A blackboard do I see Have fun on it do we Drawing and playing Without thinking at all Rubbing it away From teachers above all When the bell rings so happy am I But along with it sad At the thought of what's coming Another period should I Struggle more than all The dreaded geography Is on its way The sleepiest period Of the day But where there is a will There is a way When the bell rings So happy am I But along with it sad At the thought of whats coming Another period should I Struggle more than all When I ask my parents What they think They say they wish They were back in school again So horrifying is the thought I haven't asked again 31.03.2016
