When I said I love you I meant it

my actions don't say my words

they never did in the first place

my smile was a facade for my problems

you caught on and got angry for my sake

watching you far away defending me

just that moment was precious enough

for me to know someone cared

sliding on my earphones or headphones

drowned me away from the night's hell

parent screaming the night wind away

I awake with the sun glowing

blazing music fills my mind as I cried before school starts

meeting you was the best but tonight was the last one

the beer bottle ended my actions
