Shinigami

Shinigami

A Poem by CrimsonShinigami

Have you heard of a Shinigami
Well it's just a romaji of a Japanese saying
It's here in English
what we call a Death god or a grim reaper
Yes the monsters that take your soul and drag it to "hell"
They look through your records
like reading a simple novel
Please
my life is a scribbler
nothing out of the ordinary
it is so thin that you can take both of the covers
And then place them together
rolling it
reading my life over and over again
using a farming tool called a scythe
to cut your soul away from the vessel
we as t refer to the human body
the soul is s beautiful color
a blue mixed with white sparkling and yet everlasting
oh Shinigami
please reap mine too
