I lost you once I can't lose you again

It was the happiest moment of my life but it seemed different to you wasn't it

You looked up into the clear blue sky. The air seemed whisper good-bye as it passes my ear

You gaze into my eyes and smiled with a sad look 

Looking back at it now wasn't the worst I experienced 

Just being there seemed like my worst moments fade away

On that fateful day the cops said "this person" is missing.

I never touched an umbrella since because it washes out my tears

Everything about you was nice but it seemed impossible to forget

Years gone by and my sense of time has been long forgotten

I forgotten my birthday until I saw you again

Cuts and Bruises where there but something inside of you changed

Like a wound has begun to grow inside your heart.

Your smile is fake I grasp what little hope of what's left 

"I'm sorry _______ I was too late."  

You went up and went somewhere I can't reach you anymore

My memories of you would be alive and inside of me now and forever.

Before You type anything this is a fiction. It did not happen to me so write your opinion because I thought I would share something like this to those who have. If this piece seems copied it's not took me sometime to find the right words in this piece but at least I tried my best when I nerve wreaked my brain on this.
