Love that accent, the poem is wonderful stealing petals kissing the air beautiful imagery and such feeling put into the Reading. By the way loved Tomorrow as well and see you used the green eyed pic at the end lol. I saw a few others listed may just have to go back and listen to a few more. Keep em' coming
I just got driven out of my house by a very dangerous, venomous brown recluse last night. After I killed him, I didn't feel safe sleeping there until the pest guy comes to spray the inside of my apartment. I'm afraid any review I could give (on the admittedly excellent quality of this poem) would be tainted by my own experiences and my mad urge to purge my apartment from deadly critters intent on invasion. I think it wise if I say this poem is good and just leave it at that :)
Really do like the way you have put this together... Love the music (Pipes) and the photos you have picked to go with your beautiful written word... All so fitting to the music and atmosphere of your poem... Superb!
so beautiful Neva, the added dimension of your voice and connecting to us is courageous - inspiring - something I have been meaning to practice - bravo
Finally a poem I can enjoy and with my coffee at the same time without moving the cursor around. You have a great voice for reading poetry and I enjoyed the write very much. Thank you for sharing.
You have a beautiful voice and the accent lends itself very well to this poem. I like that you chose spoken word instead of us having to read it. Not that I am lazy or anything, it just gives a since of how, you, the writer wanted the work to come across and you do that wonderfully so. I kinda feel bad for the spider though. No one likes spiders and they have a terrible reputation preceding them. If not for the spider the world would be over run with things far worse than a little spider.
