What You Do to Me

What You Do to Me

A Poem by Ada Pacia
"

written after watching a musical movie

"

Sitting on my chair,

A book in front of me,

Trying to concentrate,

But all I see is your face.

My boy, my boy

Keep checking on my phone,

Always hoping for your call.

Tried to hide my phone somewhere,

Not after a second, I get it anyway.

My boy, my boy

I went to church one day,

But felt guilty just after.

All along, thinking what you’d do

When you’re beside me sitting too.

My boy, my boy

You’re all I think all nights,

The first greeting as the morning starts.

My thoughts are full of you.

What did you do to me?

My boy, my boy

Oh what the hell is this!

You make me feel disturbed

You’re  all I think it hurts.

I said I hate this! But it’s the other way around.

My boy, my boy
