God if we could worship enough
Bring you praise for your name
But constantly ignoring your love
We seem to fight for our fame

If only your perfection we saw
Surely we'd grasp you are holy
Instead worthless things we adore
Looking to idols so lowly

Lord,with eyes toward you
Alert our mess to your glory
Let your message flow through
Bring honour to your story

New toys we don't need
You're all it's about
We will follow your lead
No more shall we doubt

Now so simple our lives
Jesus you are enough
Wrath gone for our sin
Love now calls us above
