Letters to You 2

Dear You,

I had crazy urges to send you texts today; about certain things that happened and things I wanted you to see. Rugby world cup starts tomorrow...it'll feel weird to not talk about it with you. Atleast I know for sure that we are on the same page about the team we support... or has that changed too?

Firstly, I wanted to tell you about this presentation I had today. Everyone said I did well. It really made no difference to me. Who cares about what the distinguished members of society think when there was no 'Good Luck' from you.


Secondly, I just wanted to say HI...a big HI! I haven't spoken to you in ages. It hurts....it's like a pressing pain.. I know my heart is broken and I'm numb in helplessness... but I'm okay. I kept thinking back to everything and I realised that you really do love HER. The signs were obvious even back then although you acted like she meant nothing. I hope the wedding shopping went well. I really am happy for you!

Thirdly, I wanted to tell you that the 2011 rugby world cup highlights were on tv. I really wish that you watched it. Man, I'm excited about this one but I don't have you to share the scores with anymore.

Things change and people change with it. Life.
