Chapter 46: Heading for Olympus

Chapter 46: Heading for Olympus

A Chapter by Ceuthonymus

The figure came up to Artemis

She couldn’t see his face

Nor can I at the moment

The muses again conceal the truth

From me and from you

To protect us for now.

“Come on

Hold onto me.”

Was what he ordered

At Artemis as she hung loosely

From his grasp

Dangerously so as it were

Before he took off

Running out of the flames

That had encased the battlefield

That had emerged from Asbetos

Who now lies dead

In the center of it

At the hands of this mysterious man

That still evades us all.

And so there they went

Hurdling on through the forest

Once again we travel

The speed so fast

The trees whip on past

All in a blur

As he knows where to go

He knows where he needs to be

He knows the way

He knows the truth

And we do not

So we also tag along

Helpless in knowledge

Longing for it

But getting no information from him

For he likes to keep it

To himself for the time being.
