This is a nice poem: it's relatable, inspiring, and religious without being overbearing. I think you are being vague enought that anyone could relate to this poem, yet specific enough that readers feel linked to you. I like this peom, and can't wait for more.
Something that you should think about, though, is artistic spacing and stylistic appeal to our visual pallet. For example:
